RATES: Hourly rate –After Care: $7.00 per hour – 1 child

After 6pm, billing is $10 per each 15 minutes .

AFTERCARE LOCATION: Kindergarten classroom (lower level of church)

MORNING CARE LOCATION: Cafeteria (lower level of "A" building )

SUPERVISION: St. Joseph Grade School staff and support staff

TRANSPORATION: Parents are responsible for pick-up after school hours.

PAYMENT: Parents will be billed via the Smart Tuition Program.

REGISTRATION: Children should be pre-registered for the program. A registration form will permit you to register your child on a weekly/monthly basis. If it becomes necessary for your child to stay in aftercare and he/she is not registered, a parent must call the office before 1:00pm. This practice is NOT recommended and should only be used in an emergency. IF YOUR CHILD REGULARLY ATTENDS THE AFTERCARE PROGRAM AND YOUR PLANS CHANGE FOR DISMISSAL, YOU MUST SEND A NOTE TO SCHOOL REGARDING THE CHANGE.

PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS: Students will be dismissed to the gym where attendance is taken. Once buses have departed the campus, students will be escorted to the Kindergarten classroom by staff members. Students will have a snack (brought from home) and, when finished, will go outside to play. After play, students will work on homework, play games, read or watch movies. On late opening days/morning care, students will play, read, or, watch movies.

EMERGENCIES: There is no nurse available after school hours. Any emergency deemed serious will require the staff to contact the proper authorities. It is important that all required emergency information is completed on the registration form.
