About Mrs. Grill

  • BS William Paterson University - Elementary Education (K-8) with a concentration in Music

Teachers play a critical role in the intellectual, academic, emotional and personal development of children. They shape a child's sense of self and his or her conception of the world around them. Education has the power to vastly shape and shift an individual's life. Educators should be enthusiastic, dynamic and resourceful with a passionate commitment to student development and the learning experience. They should be skilled in the design of challenging, enriching and innovative activities that address the diverse interests and needs of students.
Teachers must be focused on one common goal: working for the best interests of all students. It is the responsibility of teachers to foster a love of learning and allow every child an opportunity for success. Most importantly, Catholic educators should encourage and stimulate students to honor God and be disciples of the Gospel, thus shaping their lives in response to God's call.
