As an educator it is my job to help students reach their highest potential by believing in them and getting them to believe in themselves. I have high expectations for my students to help them learn that if they work hard they can achieve anything. I strive to provide a classroom environment where all students are excited to come to learn each day. I encourage students to be themselves and to show respect and embrace the differences in others.
